Vision a perfect place for the recreational enthusiast.  A place where you, your friends and family can hunt, fish, shoot, camp, play, swim, ride atv’s or just relax.  A place you will never want to leave.

The ranch topography varies from rolling hills to sandy creek bottoms.

High caliber improvements add an element to the Culwell Ranch that are visually missing on most Texas Panhandle properties.

The main lodge is 2420 sq ft 3 bed/1 bath home with impeccable attention to the details from the stone fireplace to the chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances.  Just out the back door on the 2520 sq ft covered patio you’ll find the fire pit and fireplace.  Sit and watch the sun set, unwind after a day of recreation, or catch up with friends and tell stories.

Next to the main lodge is a 1092 sq ft bunk house.  This 2 bed/1 bath house had been remodeled with a small kitchen and dining area.

Separated from the main lodge is the 1944 sq ft 3 bed/2 bath lake house built in 2015. Enjoy some quite time on the 2200 sq ft covered porch while watching the kids fish or swim on a hot summer day.  The fire pit at the lake house is perfectly situated for a night of star gazing while cooking s’mores.

Designed for entertaining and situated next to the main lodge is the 3000 sq ft Barn with a custom bar, gaming tables and TV’s.  The Barn is the gathering place and focal point after a long day on the ranch.  Many memories and stories have been built through the years with family and friends.

The shop is 3040 sq ft steel frame structure with two 8’ roll up doors and a concrete floor.

Three box cars provide adequate storage for recreation equipment.  One boxcar has a 20’ X 40’ covered patio with pond.  The remaining two boxcars have one 20’ X 40’ storage shed attached.

While passing time waiting on lunch or supper to be served you can take aim at targets whizzing by on the Trap and Skeet field or take a group of friends just down the creek to the Pheasant stand for a little competitive bird hunting

9 Wells are located on the property.  There is one Windmill, three Solar Wells, and 5 Electric Wells.  The water system tied together in areas with valves that can be utilized to feed ponds and livestock water.  Water lines have been run to 4 strategically placed quail feeding plots.  Two wells feed the 60 acre alfalfa field with a 6 tower Reinke center pivot nozzled at 275 GPM.
